Accessibility overview

Here’s a summary of everything we have in place to support our guests with disabilities or additional needs.

Parking

• Accessible parking next to the Accessible Campsite for camping guests
• Accessible parking by the Ticket Gate for day visitors and off-site guests
• Email accessibility@bigchurchfestival.com in advance to arrange your accessible parking space

Entry

• A priority entry lane for guests with accessibility needs and their Personal Assistant, so there’s no need to queue at the main entrance

Around the site

• Accessible viewing platforms near the stages
• Baby changing facilities clearly signposted and marked on the festival map
• Water refill points, phone charging stations and accessible toilets across the site
• Assistance dogs welcome with prior approval. Email accessibility@bigchurchfestival.com with relevant documentation.

Camping

• Dedicated Accessible Campsite with adjacent car park for easy unloading
• Electrical hook-ups available for medical equipment. These are generator-powered, so please plan accordingly.

Kids & Youth Programmes

• SEN support available during both programmes
• Quiet sensory spaces available in both the Kids and Youth venues
