What time can I arrive?

Arrival times and gate opening hours will be published on our Event Schedule page at bigchurchfestival.com closer to the event. You’re welcome to arrive on any day: Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Arriving earlier means a better choice of camping pitches!

Where should I park?

When you arrive, our team will direct you to the right car park for your vehicle type. A few things to know:

• The campsite is vehicle-free, so you’ll carry your gear from the car park to your pitch.
• Accessible parking for campers is next to the Accessible Campsite. Full details will be in your arrival information.
• Accessible parking for day visitors is located by the Ticket Gate. Email accessibility@bigchurchfestival.com in advance to arrange this.
• Caravans and motorhomes will be directed to their separate field on arrival.

Is there a drop-off or taxi point?

Yes, there’s a clearly signposted drop-off and pick-up point within the car park area when you arrive.

What if I’m arriving by coach?

All coaches must arrive via Red Gate and will be directed to the designated coach drop-off area. Coaches can remain parked there for the duration of the event. If your coach is dropping off and leaving, it must return to collect guests via Red Gate before 6pm on Sunday. There is no vehicle access to the site after 6pm on Sunday, so please plan ahead. Email info@bigchurchfestival.com in advance so we can allocate a coach space for you.
