Ticket types explained

We want getting to Big Church Festival to feel straightforward, so here’s a clear guide to every ticket type available.

Event tickets

Your event ticket gives you access to the full festival across all three days, from 28 to 30 August 2026. We offer three pricing tiers so you can choose what works best for you:

• Supported ticket: a reduced price for those who need a little extra help with the cost
• Standard ticket: our regular price
• Supporter ticket: a higher price that helps subsidise tickets for others who may struggle to afford to come

Camping tickets

Camping tickets are separate from your event ticket. They cover your pitch on site, plus access to hot showers, toilets, standpipes and washing facilities. Every person camping needs their own camping ticket, including children and under 4s.

Glamping & Rent-A-Tent

Prefer to skip the tent-pitching? Our glamping bell tents and Rent-A-Tent options are a lovely alternative. These replace your camping ticket, so you won’t need both. You will still need to purchase an event ticket separately.

Caravan / motorhome tickets

Bringing a caravan or motorhome? You’ll need a caravan pitch ticket, plus a separate camping ticket for every person staying. Electrical hook-ups can be added at an extra cost and must be booked in advance. They’re limited, so grab yours early.

Children’s tickets

Children need their own event and camping tickets. The Big Church Kids and Big Church Youth Morning Programmes are optional add-ons, purchased separately alongside your child’s event and camping tickets.

Personal Assistant tickets

If you receive certain disability benefits or have supporting medical documentation, you may be entitled to a free Personal Assistant ticket. See our Accessibility section for full details on how to apply.
