Finding & accessing your tickets

How do I access my e-tickets?

Your tickets are always ready and waiting in your account. Simply log in at tickets.bigchurchfestival.com and head to ‘Recent Orders’ to view and download your e-tickets. We’d recommend saving them to your phone or printing a copy before you travel to site.

I haven’t received my confirmation email. What should I do?

Sorry to hear it hasn’t arrived. Let’s get that sorted! Here are a few things to try:

• Check your spam or junk folder. Confirmation emails can sometimes end up there.
• Search your inbox for emails from tickets@bigchurchfestival.com.
• Make sure you completed the full checkout process. Sometimes sessions time out before an order is finalised.

You can also check your account directly at tickets.bigchurchfestival.com under ‘Recent Orders’. If your order is showing there, you’re all good. If you’re still stuck, email tickets@bigchurchfestival.com and we’ll look into it for you.

What if I lose my ticket or can’t find my order?

No panic needed! Just log back into your account at tickets.bigchurchfestival.com and your tickets will be right there under ‘Recent Orders’. If you’ve forgotten your login details, use the ‘Forgotten password’ option to reset them.
