Getting around the festival

Where can I find the festival map?

The full site map will be available on our website at bigchurchfestival.com closer to the event. You’ll also receive a printed map in your festival programme when you collect your wristbands at the camping ticket gate on arrival.

When will set times be released?

Set times will be announced closer to the festival. We know the anticipation is real! Follow us on social media and sign up to our newsletter at bigchurchfestival.com to be the first to know when they’re live.

Can I leave and come back in?

Yes, you’re free to leave and re-enter the site as many times as you like. Just make sure you’re wearing your wristband every time you leave so you can get back in. After 10pm, campsite access is restricted to those with a valid camping or glamping wristband.

What time does the event finish?

The Main Stage usually finishes at around 10:15pm each evening. If you’re camping, the campers’ after-hours programme runs until midnight. All campers must leave the site by midday on Monday 31 August.

Can I bring a gazebo into the main arena?

Yes! Open-sided gazebos up to 3m x 3m are welcome in the main arena. They must be securely pinned to the ground and must not obstruct fire lanes. No gas stoves or BBQs are permitted inside gazebos in the arena. Gazebos can remain up overnight if they’re firmly pinned down. Please be ready to move your gazebo if asked by a hosting team member.
