Group bookings (Group Plus)

Coming with your church, community group or a big crew of friends? We’d love to have you, and our Group Plus scheme means the more of you there are, the more you save!

How the discount works

Group Plus offers a tiered discount that builds as more people join your group. Once you reach 10 people, the first level of discount kicks in for everyone. Keep growing your group and the savings grow too, right up to the Group Discount Deadline on 30 June 2026.

Step by step

  1. One person sets up a Group Plus account and becomes the group leader.
  2. They receive a unique group link to share with everyone they’d like to invite.
  3. Each person clicks the link and books their own tickets through it.
  4. As the group grows, the discount automatically increases for all orders.
  5. Payment is taken for everyone on 30 June 2026 at the final group discount rate achieved.

A few things to know

  • Groups don’t all have to book the same ticket type. A mix of event and camping tickets is absolutely fine.
  • Under 4s and Personal Assistant tickets don’t count towards the group discount threshold.
  • Once an order is placed in a group, it can’t be moved to a different group.
  • Groups can’t be merged once created, but if a group has no orders, you can email us to request that it be cancelled.
  • New bookings added after 30 June will be charged immediately at the final group rate.
  • The group link stays active until online sales close at midnight on 26 August 2026, subject to availability.
