How Group Plus works

Group Plus is our group booking scheme that rewards you with an increasing discount the more people join. It’s designed to make Big Church Festival more accessible for churches and communities coming together.

The discount structure

Once your group reaches 10 people, the first level of discount applies to everyone. As more people join, the discount increases. The final rate is locked in at the Group Discount Deadline on 30 June 2026, and that’s when payment is taken for all orders in the group.

Step by step

  1. A group leader creates a Group Plus account on our website.
  2. They receive a unique group link to share with their group.
  3. Each person clicks the link and books their own tickets.
  4. The discount automatically builds as more people join.
  5. Payment is taken for all orders on 30 June 2026 at the final group rate achieved.

How to join a group as a member

  1. Click the unique group link your group leader has shared with you.
  2. Select your event tickets.
  3. Select your camping tickets, if needed.
  4. Log in or create an account.
  5. Enter your payment details and complete your booking. No money is taken until 30 June.

Key things to know

  • Groups don’t all need the same ticket type. A mix of event, camping and caravan tickets is fine.
  • Under 4s and Personal Assistant tickets don’t count towards the group discount threshold.
  • Once an order is placed in a group, it can’t be cancelled before payment is taken on 30 June.
  • After payment is taken, tickets are non-refundable.
  • The group link stays active until online sales close at midnight on 26 August 2026, subject to availability.
  • New bookings after 30 June are charged at the final group rate immediately.
