How to apply for a stall or exhibit
We’d love to have you as part of the Big Church community! There are a few different areas to apply for, depending on what you offer.
Makers Market
For businesses offering unique or handmade artwork, craftwork or gifts. Applications for 2026 are now closed, and successful applicants were contacted in January 2026.
Wellness Garden
For businesses offering health and/or wellbeing experiences or products that help people feel uplifted, encouraged and renewed. Applications for 2026 are now closed, and successful applicants were notified by 17 April 2026.
The Expo
For all other organisations, businesses and ministries. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and you’ll hear back within 14 days of submitting. Apply at bigchurchfestival.com/get-involved/exhibit-or-advertise-with-us.

A note on our selection process
Our aim is to provide the best experience for all our guests, so we may turn down applications where we already have similar trades or ministries represented. We’d encourage you to apply as early as possible.
Payment
Once your application has been accepted, you’ll receive an invoice, which must be paid within 14 days.
