What does the group leader need to do?

As a group leader, you’re the one who brings everyone together. It’s a great role! Here’s what it involves:

  • Creating the Group Plus account and receiving your unique group link.
  • Sharing the link with everyone you’d like to invite.
  • Monitoring how many members have joined and encouraging people to book before 30 June.
  • Being the main point of contact for any group-level questions.

Can I add more people after the discount deadline?

Yes, your group link stays active right up until online sales close at midnight on 26 August 2026, subject to availability. However, any bookings made after 30 June will be charged at the final group discount rate immediately rather than waiting for a payment date.

Can I merge two groups together?

Unfortunately, we’re not able to merge groups once they’ve been created. If one of your groups has no orders placed at all, you can email groupplus@bigchurchfestival.com to request that it be cancelled.

Can an individual’s order be added to a group after booking?

We can assign an individual order to a group so it shows up in the group view, but as payment will already have been taken, they won’t be able to receive the group discount. Email groupplus@bigchurchfestival.com with the order number and group name if you’d like us to assign an order.
