Parking passes & costs

There is a parking charge of £15 per vehicle, which helps cover the cost of land rental, ground restoration, our professional parking team and our ongoing commitment to becoming a more environmentally responsible festival.

Do I need to buy a parking pass in advance?

Yes, please purchase your parking pass in advance through our website.

Exceptions:

• Caravans and motorhomes: parking is included in your pitch fee, so no separate parking pass is needed.
• Coaches: no parking pass is required, but please email info@bigchurchfestival.com in advance so we can allocate a space.
• Minibuses: a parking pass is required.
• Motorbikes: a parking pass is required.

We’d love to encourage lift-sharing wherever possible. It’s better for the environment, helps reduce traffic on site and is a lovely way to start the weekend together!
