Can I pay for my ticket in instalments?
For individual bookings, payment is taken at the time of purchase. However, if you’re booking through Group Plus, payment isn’t taken until the Group Discount Deadline on 30 June 2026, which does give a little extra time to plan and budget.
Our best tips for making it more affordable are to book as part of a group of 10 or more to unlock the Group Plus discount, or apply to volunteer and attend for free. Many churches are also willing to support members with the cost of attendance, so it’s worth a conversation with your church leader.
Can I upgrade my ticket after purchasing?
Once a ticket has been purchased, we’re unable to make changes or upgrades to existing orders. However, you can always place a new order for any additional tickets you need. Just head back to bigchurchfestival.com/tickets, or your Group Plus link, and go through the process as normal, selecting only the extra tickets required.
Can I get a discount on my tickets?
All Big Church Festival tickets are already significantly subsidised by the generous support of our donors, so we’re not able to discount individual tickets further. We do offer three pricing tiers, Supported, Standard and Supporter, so you can choose the price that works for your situation.
