Personal Assistant tickets
If you have a disability or accessibility need, you may be entitled to bring a Personal Assistant, or carer, at no extra cost. Here’s how it works.
Who is eligible?

- Blue Badge
- Relevant medical documentation, such as a doctor’s note confirming your need

- You’ll have 14 days from your order date to email supporting documents to accessibility@bigchurchfestival.com.
- Once your documents are reviewed and accepted, your e-tickets will be issued.
- Bring proof of ID with your e-ticket to the festival. Both wristbands will be issued at the gate.
