Personal Assistant tickets

If you have a disability or accessibility need, you may be entitled to bring a Personal Assistant, or carer, at no extra cost. Here’s how it works.

Who is eligible?

You can apply for a free Personal Assistant ticket if you can provide documentation showing that you receive one of the following:

  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
  • Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
  • Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
  • Blue Badge
  • Relevant medical documentation, such as a doctor’s note confirming your need

How to apply for general tickets

  1. Purchase your tickets at bigchurchfestival.com/tickets, including the Personal Assistant ticket in your order.
  2. You’ll have 14 days from your order date to email supporting documents to accessibility@bigchurchfestival.com.
  3. Once your documents are reviewed and accepted, your e-tickets will be issued.
  4. Bring proof of ID with your e-ticket to the festival. Both wristbands will be issued at the gate.

How to apply through Group Plus

  1. Include the Personal Assistant ticket in your order through your Group Plus group link.
  2. Send your supporting documents to accessibility@bigchurchfestival.com within 14 days of booking.
  3. Documents must be received before the Group Discount Deadline on 30 June. After this date, Personal Assistant tickets will be automatically cancelled.
  4. Bring proof of ID with your e-ticket to the festival to collect both wristbands.

Guests with a Personal Assistant ticket can use our priority entry lane on arrival, so there’s no need to queue.
