We’re really sorry to hear you might not be able to make it. We’d genuinely miss having you with us!

As outlined in our Ticketing Terms & Conditions, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on tickets once they’ve been purchased. We know that’s not always easy news to hear, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

We apply this policy consistently because we believe it’s the fairest approach for everyone who has booked in good faith. It also helps us honour our commitments to artists, suppliers and the festival as a whole.

If you’re unable to attend, your best option is to find someone else who’d love to take your place. Standard event tickets can be transferred privately to another person before the event. See our article on transferring your ticket for full details.
