Transferring your ticket
If your plans have changed and you’re no longer able to come, you’re welcome to pass your ticket on to someone else before the event. Here’s everything you need to know.
What’s allowed
- Standard event tickets can be transferred or sold privately to another person before the festival.
- The new attendee must meet any eligibility criteria for that ticket type, such as age-appropriate tickets.
- All standard event tickets are also fully transferable as gifts. Just buy in your name and forward the e-ticket. The name on the ticket doesn’t affect entry.
What’s not allowed
- Tickets must not be resold for profit or listed on unofficial third-party resale platforms.
- Tickets cannot be transferred or sold on site on the day of the event.
- Wristbands cannot be transferred once issued.
- Big Church Kids and Big Church Youth Morning Programme tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- If you have a weekend ticket and can only attend one day, you cannot pass the ticket to someone else for the remaining days. Each person needs their own e-ticket.
Please make sure the new person has all the booking information and the correct ticket type. Big Church Festival cannot take responsibility for issues arising from private ticket transfers.
